What you are buying

The HIPAA Policy Kit is a set of document templates generated automatically from the answers you provide. It is delivered as editable Microsoft Word files.

Eaglizer IT is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and does not certify compliance with HIPAA or any other law. The templates are general information to help you build your own compliance program. Using them does not by itself make your practice compliant. You are responsible for reviewing, adapting, and following your policies, and for complying with the laws that apply to you, including state laws. We recommend having a qualified health care attorney review the documents before you adopt them.

Your answers

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter. The documents reflect your answers.

License

You may use, edit, and print the documents for your own practice, including all of its locations. You may not resell or redistribute the templates.

Refunds

If the kit is not what you expected, email contact@eaglizerit.com within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the kit is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including fines or penalties.
